  • Elemantary School Viersen-Bockert (1981-1985)
This was the best time I had in school. For four years you have the same teacher, so I didn't have to get accustomed to a new person. And I had a great teacher. All my classmates were nice. We knew each other well and played a lot together.
  • Secondary School Viersen (1985-1991)
All I can say is I'm glad it's over!!! This wasn't as nice as elementary school. The first two years were OK, but after that it was horrible. The reason was that most of the students who came to school were crazy and it was like a freak show sometimes. For most of them it was their last chance. These people had been kicked out of their old schools for bad behavior. And when it wouoldn't work out on this school, they have to left school without graduation. But I had four teachers I liked very much. I'm sorry to say that my English teacher wasn't one of them, so my problems with English came from this time. But it's getting better I think :0)
  • Higher Vocational School for Housekeeping and Nutrition, Viersen-Dülken (1991-1993)
That was a 'emergency solution', because finally I want to go to the "Federal Border Guard" for an apprenticeship, but sadly they had enough people at this time I want school was funny, I learned a lot of housekeeping and cooking. But much of this theoretical informations I forgot and today I'm doing it out of routine and through testing. But there was a big handicap at this school: In our class were only one boy with ca. 20 girls. This boy was ugly, one teeth was left and he had a bad punk hairstyle. For me it was more a problem to get together with so much girls, because it was very stressfull, so much girls together nobody can't bear. In German we say: Zickenalarm!!! It's maybe like 'bitch alarm'.
  • Comercial School Viersen-Dülken (1992-1993)
Before I left unsuccesful my Higher Vocational School for Housekeeping and Nutrition I decided to go to this school. But it was so boring that I left this school after 8 months. The only good thing ist that I still can use the business and economics study till now.
  • College of Further Education for structural Engineering, Cologne (1998-1999)
Ok. Taht's a curious story.... for me, because I never thought about that I would study one time in my life and became an engineer!
After I finshed my apprenticeship the company didn't want me, so I thought about what I could do. I asked some classmates and a lot of them said that they will going to University. So I started to think about that I can do that too. So 3 days later I started to go to this school to get my graduation for the university :0)
  • University of Applied Science Cologne (1999-2006)
Holy shit, I'm really here. That was my thought this time when I started my study. Normaly I wanted to study civil engineer, because of my apprenticeship or maybe I should go to the Institute of Media and Imaging Technology ?
For both I had to do a application and I didn't knew anything about that. In addition the waiting list was so long, that I thought that I never make it . So I registered me for the Institute for Process Engineering and Plant-Design with specialization on process-integrated environmental protection. 4 weeks later I got an letter that I'm in, for both studies .... but I decided to stay in my Institute, because I saw much more possibilities for my future. For that I'm happy, because I'm right about that.
    So I'm a Process Engineer now :0)
